I was just chatting with a woman on Twitter. She said this city is lacking in manners and chivalry. Whats up Oregon?? This happens to be the perfect city to practice chivalry. It rains and it’s cold. Jackets and umbrellas. Try offering them to a woman or even a man who looks like they need it. One act of kindness goes a really long way.
