I am a mother of three girls who will eventually be dating.  It scares me how guys think they can treat ladies.  And what surprises me more is that us ladies take it!  When I discovered the Twilight Saga books I was hooked.  Edward Cullen is every woman’s dream guy.  I asked myself why this was, and it is because he treats a woman how she should be treated.  He is kind, considerate and devoted.  Nearly perfect.

I married my own version of Edward seven years ago.  He was and is the picture of manners and treats me very well.  Just how a woman should be treated.  And while he is not perfect, and no one is including Edward Cullen, he comes pretty darn close.

I want my girls to grow up in a world where women are thought of as beautiful, powerful and worthy of respect.  I want to get this lesson out there;  Men treat your women with love, adoration and respect because they deserve it.
